MULTI-WALL PANELS

The range of multi-walled panels from O-METALL^® is diversified and suitable for use in roofs and facades. The panels are equipped with a tongue and groove connector system to create wall light surfaces with options for integrated opening elements, or to create a range of translucent panels with mounting profiles. The multi-walled panels are mainly used to create lighting zones in gables, pitched roofs and facades, but also for skylights in agricultural and industrial buildings, winter gardens, greenhouses, roofs for covered parking spaces (e.g. carports) and waiting areas.

MULTI-WALLED PANEL SYSTEM WITH MOUNTING PROFILES

The multi-walled panel system with mounting profiles from O-METALL^® impresses with its easy handling, wide range of applications and its affordable price. It consists of polycarbonate sheets with UV protection, screwable aluminium and plastic mounting profiles and EPDM rubbers.

SYSTEM PROFILES	Aluminium lower profile for panel thicknesses of 6 – 32mm, aluminium upper profile with visible or concealed screw connections
FURTHER COMPONENTS	Additional profiles, end caps, support seals and aluminium adhesive tape (for closing open chambers of panels)
MOUNTING	Mounting possible on any solid substructure made of wood, steel, plastic or aluminium

MULTI-WALL PANELS WITH TONGUE-AND-GROOVE CONNECTOR

The translucent multi-wall facade panels offered by O-METALL^®with tongue-and-groove connectors are used to create luminous wall surfaces, gable glazing, as well as translucent partition walls. For this system, opening and integrable elements are also available as an option. This modular principle, developed from multi-wall polycarbonate panels, impresses with its simple assembly, good thermal insulation, high light transmission and very good UV resistance.
